Lifestyle coaching is facilitated in a series of one on one or small group sessions. The coach and client begin by assessing the present health and lifestyle habits of the client then move towards the process of lifestyle transformation by guidine the client in the process of balancing the clients' relationship to the Six Life Elixirs (Nutrition, Movement,Sleep, Hygiene,Thoughts and Social Support.

We also offer Thai Massage, Reiki, Chair Masssage Workshops for laymen, Group Tai Chi and Chi Kung instruction, Meditation Workshops, Wilderness Hikes and Retreats and Fitness Boot Camps.
